Terms & Conditions


Invitations:

Each invitation is a handmade work of art and is individually handcrafted. Because of the delicate nature of each piece, there may be slight variations. We uphold strict quality standards to make sure all items are created with care.

 

Invitation Addressing:

Addresses are due 3 weeks prior to invitation delivery date. It is your responsibility to get the addresses to us in a timely fashion, we do not follow up with you. Addresses sent after the 3 week mark will result in a delayed delivery date.

Addresses must be sent via email in a Microsoft word document (not a PDF or excel spreadsheet)

 

Formatting:

Addresses must be typed exactly as you want them printed (punctuation, grammar, spelling, capitulation etc.) please do not use columns, label format or rows when typing. We do not proofread, edit or correct your document. 

 For example, if you write SI,NY it will be printed as such, we will not format it to print Staten Island, New York

*** All addresses must be submitted together in one document** any "last minute" addresses sent (whether it be one or more) will incur a $75 setup fee. *******

 

Re prints: 

Re printed items will incur a $75 set up fee plus the cost of the re print. Once we get a written OR VERBAL confirmation from you that the item is approved, we may immediately send it be printed to ensure a prompt delivery. Any changes after YOUR approval is considered a re print and will incur a charge.

 

Rentals:

Rental fee is for 1 day with a grace period to pick up the item the day before and drop off the item the following day. 

If a rental is lost/stolen or not returned it will incur a charge of $200/each and up depending on the item.

For Centerpieces, it is your responsibility to ensure your guests do not leave with any centerpieces and to remind them that they are rented items.

Rental items that are not returned in the condition it was rented in, or with missing or damaged elements will result in a damage fee. 

 

Shipping terms & conditions:

We are not responsible for goods after they have left our showroom.  Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for invitations damaged in mailing (humidity, rain, abuse from mail carrier etc.)

 

Shipping Cost:

Items will ship in 2-4 business days.  Some times including personalized items may take longer in production time. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. Shipping costs are TBD once the item has shipped and your invoice will reflect the updated cost.  Large orders such as favors will incur a larger shipping cost and this fee is calculated once the order is processed.  

 

Returns & Exchanges:

We will gladly take returns on NON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS within 7 days for a store credit or exchange. CUSTOM orders are final sale.
